Our model enables solar to be integrated into buildings with no upfront cost. With the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) option, there are no capital costs. Instead, regular payments are made based on actual energy use in your building.
In addition to access to clean, solar electricity your financial savings are realized through lower electricity costs, which are locked in through the Power Purchase Agreement over the lifetime of the contract.
Projects We Can Support
SolShare develops solar projects that can help achieve environmental, social, and economic outcomes. We have a team of experienced professionals who have been building solar energy projects in BC since 2004.
We can work with you to assess the suitability of your site for solar. Generally, site requirements include:
- Flat roof or south-facing sloped roof with at least 360 square metres (4,000 sq. ft.), clear and not shaded
- Annual electrical consumption of at least 36,000 kWh
